We’re feeling ready for summer and one of the season’s most exciting events: Sail Boston! This June, over 50 international tall ships will sail their way into Boston Harbor as part of the Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta. Boston will be the regatta’s only North American stop, making their 5-day stay in our waters a very exciting time!
The last time the event was seen in Boston was over a decade ago in 2000. Not only is the regatta exciting for visitors, but it also is tremendous for the local economy. During the regatta’s 2000 stop, over 7 million people visited the city, spending over $120 million. This event is a big draw for both locals and visitors, making it the perfect opportunity for showcasing your brand at a time when foot traffic in the Seaport is at an all-time high.
Sail Boston 2017 takes place from June 17th-22nd and what better place to host your private event then right in the middle of all the action. District Hall is an LEED-silver certified green building located in the Seaport District overlooking Boston Harbor and in the heart of the Sail Boston docks. Do you want to make a statement during the regatta? Utilize District Hall’s digital billboard, giving your brand presence on the Seaport’s most visible media.
The building features a capacity of 500 guests and has 2 outdoor spaces available for use: the Northern Avenue Patio, with a direct view of Boston Harbor and the Seaport Boulevard Patio. District Hall boasts features like writable walls, flexible rooms full a/v capabilities and high quality design. Food and beverage is available for your event as well, provided by Gather, awarded “Best Restaurant in the Seaport” in 2014 and 2015.
District Hall’s versatility and location makes it a sought after spot during Boston’s largest summer event. For more information or booking inquires, please email Kristi Gracie at email@example.com.
